About Peace in Motion Studio
Our mission
At Peace in Motion, our mission is to use dance as a tool for healing, empowerment, and connection for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
We provide a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment where dancers feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. Here, movement becomes a powerful outlet for release, resilience, strength, and self-discovery.
Dance is more than just movement, it’s expression. It’s a way to process emotions, build confidence, and find strength during life’s most challenging moments. While dance may not solve everything, it can create space for healing, growth, and transformation.
Our foundation is rooted in faith. We believe that our gifts, our strength, and this space itself are made possible through Jesus. His love is what inspires us to lead with compassion, extend grace, and create a place where every person feels seen, valued, and supported.
Peace in Motion is more than a studio, it’s a community. We uplift one another, celebrate each other, and show up for each other both inside and outside the studio. When you walk through our doors, you belong. You are seen, supported, and free to be yourself. Our goal is for every dancer to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected than when they arrived.

Jesi Flynn
Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theater, and each style has helped shape me not only as a dancer, but as a person.
Over time, dance became more than just movement, it became an outlet. A place where I could express emotions, build confidence, and find strength during difficult moments.
That’s why I chose to open my own studio.
I wanted to create more than just a place to take classes. I wanted to build a community, a family. At my studio, we support each other, encourage one another, and show up for each other both inside and outside the studio. No one should feel alone when they walk through these doors.
I also believe deeply in the power of movement. While dance can’t solve everything, it can be a space where people begin to process what they’re going through, whether that’s mental health struggles, physical challenges, or personal hardships. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where dancers can release, grow, and feel supported every step of the way.
When you walk into this studio, I want you to feel like you belong. Like you’re seen. Like you have a place where you can be yourself, move freely, and leave a little stronger than when you came in.
